Château Fontvert Rosé 2016
This rosé comes from a combination of Grenache Noir (70%), Cinsault (20%), Syrah (5%) and Mourvèdre (15%). It is vinified at controlled temperature (16°C), which offers both fineness and aromatic complexity.
The Château Fontvert 2016 rosé stands out with a beautiful balance between fullness and freshness. The nose is very expressive, with dominant aromas of white peach and tropical fruits, while the mouth is fresh, long and smooth.
This wine is perfect with all your summer dishes (raw vegetables, salads, grilled meat...) and can easily be served with Provençal specialties or with appetizers. We recommend serving between 8 and 10°C.
